What we deliver

Pre-engineered factories, warehouses, logistics sheds and industrial buildings — structure, cladding, civil foundations and flooring, and MEP delivered together rather than split between a steel supplier and several site contractors.

An industrial building is judged on a few things: clear span, clear height, floor capacity, and how soon it can start operating. PEB is chosen because it wins on all four — provided the foundations, the steel and the services are ready for each other.

What drives the cost

Clear span and eave height · crane capacity · roof and wall cladding specification · insulation · floor loading and slab thickness · number of dock openings · fire protection required for the stored goods · site access for steel delivery and cranes.

Where projects go wrong

  • Steel arrives before foundations are ready. Erection stalls and the steel sits in the open.
  • Grade slab designed without racking loads. High-bay racking concentrates large point loads on the floor.
  • Fire requirements set after the design. Sprinklers and hydrants change the roof height, water storage and pump room.
  • Ventilation and daylighting ignored. Large sheds without them are hot and dark and need lighting all day.
  • Drainage undersized. A large roof collects a great deal of water in a monsoon downpour.
