Curtain Wall Brackets: How a Facade Hangs on the Building
Curtain wall brackets are the steel or aluminium anchors that connect the facade to the building's slab edges. They carry the facade's weight and wind load into the structure, and they are adjustable in three directions so the facade can be set true against a structure that is never perfectly built.

Why it matters
Every kilogram of facade and every gust of wind passes through the brackets. They are small, hidden and repeated hundreds of times, and a design or installation error in them repeats across the whole building.

Common mistakes
- Skipping the slab-edge survey. Tolerance problems appear only when panels arrive.
