Cyber City, Gurugram — Facade, Interiors and Services
By Dhruv Agarwal · · 1 min read
About Cyber City
DLF Cyber City is Gurugram's densest corporate district — a cluster of IT and office towers, managed workspaces and supporting retail next to NH-48 and the Rapid Metro. Tenants include large technology, consulting and multinational firms, and floors change hands regularly as leases turn over.
That turnover defines the work: tenant fit-outs on Cat A floors, facade refurbishment on buildings that are now two decades old, and building services rework each time a floor is re-planned.

What projects here need
- Programmes tied to lease dates — late handover costs the tenant rent on two offices.
- Work in occupied buildings — facade and MEP work around live tenants, with controlled access, noise windows and safety at height.
- Re-cladding older blocks — upgrading envelopes installed years ago to current fire and thermal expectations.
