DLF Cyber City is Gurugram's densest corporate district — a cluster of IT and office towers, managed workspaces and supporting retail next to NH-48 and the Rapid Metro. Tenants include large technology, consulting and multinational firms, and floors change hands regularly as leases turn over.
That turnover defines the work: tenant fit-outs on Cat A floors, facade refurbishment on buildings that are now two decades old, and building services rework each time a floor is re-planned.
