Hagerstone International designed and built the 1,000 sq ft office of SRP & Company, a firm of chartered accountants, at Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi, in 2021. The scope covered interior design and turnkey interior works, including MEP — electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire-fighting — and furniture. In its letter of appreciation, the firm confirmed the whole project was completed in 60 days. For a small professional office, design and build puts one team in charge of the design and its delivery.
