# Retail & Showrooms — Fit-Out, Facade and Glazing

> Retail and showroom fit-out delivers brand-standard interiors, glazed frontages, lighting and services for stores and showrooms. Work is usually rolled out to a brand specification against a fixed opening date, and the frontage, lighting and floor make the first impression on customers.

## What retail clients need

Showrooms and retail spaces are brand assets. They are rolled out to a
specification, opened on a fixed date, and judged by customers at first sight —
the frontage, the lighting and the floor do most of the work.

## Frequently asked questions

### What matters most in a showroom project?

Brand standards and opening date. Brands roll out showrooms to a defined specification and a fixed launch calendar, so a contractor must reproduce the standard consistently in every city and hit the date. Large glazed frontages, lighting and durable floors carry most of the visual weight.

### Can you deliver showrooms in several cities?

Yes. We have delivered EV showrooms for VinFast in Noida, Jaipur, Ghaziabad and Kota, repeating the same brand standard across locations.
